Faultless from start to finish. I contacted the company in the morning and within hours, Josh arrived. This was a problem that others had been out to but couldn't fix and yet on the same day, Josh had identified the problem and fixed it. Ontop of this, it was down to the care and diligence of Josh that what was initially thought to be a bigger problem, was able to be dealt with on the same day. I can sometimes feel uneasy when others are doing jobs in the house but this was not the case with Josh who was extremely professional, courteous and a pleasure to have in the house. I recently used Clear Stream for a problem with a septic tank and could not recommend them more highly. From the initial call out onwards they were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and conscientious. They originally attended as an emergency call out. Despite it being the May bank holiday they arrived within an hour and charged a really reasonable price for an emergency service. When it became clear that the problem was significant and we would need a new tank they installed a temporary fix then provided a detailed quotation for the major works, including answering insurers’ questions. The new tank was installed over a two day period in which they work really efficiently, while keeping me updated and informed about every stage. Josh - what a superstar. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is … I will have to pay the bill. Josh really put me at ease. I have been stressing about the blocked drain for two weeks.
