I recently used Clear Stream for a problem with a septic tank and could not recommend them more highly.
From the initial call out onwards they were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and conscientious.
They originally attended as an emergency call out. Despite it being the May bank holiday they arrived within an hour and charged a really reasonable price for an emergency service.
When it became clear that the problem was significant and we would need a new tank they installed a temporary fix then provided a detailed quotation for the major works, including answering insurers’ questions.
The new tank was installed over a two day period in which they work really efficiently, while keeping me updated and informed about every stage.
The guarantees for their work are reassuring and they made a stressful situation so much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Josh - what a superstar. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is … I will have to pay the bill. Josh really put me at ease. I have been stressing about the blocked drain for two weeks.
