Approved Document H sets the design principles: adequate pipe sizing, sufficient fall to keep solids moving, proper ventilation, and access points that let an engineer clear a blockage without excavating.

Floor Gullies and Channel Drainage

Wet kitchen areas need floor drainage that can be lifted and cleaned. Stainless steel gullies with removable baskets sit under fryers, kettles and combi ovens.
